Return Policy

 

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund. 

  1. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original order date.
  2. Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories. 
  3. No returns will be accepted after order confirmation with payment unless the product is damaged or parts missed.
  4. Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
  5. All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise

We will gladly accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your purchase. All returned items must include the Order & Shipping Receipt. Return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you return by courier or shipping service, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
