- If an item is damaged or accessories are missing, please inform us immediately upon inspection.
- If the item is damaged, used or worn, or its original packaging missing, we reserve the right to refuse exchanging items.

- Sold balloons are non-exchangeable.
- Please bring the original receipt and your item for exchange within 7days upon purchase.
